Questions
What counts as delivered revenue?
Paid shares, extras, and delivery fees, counted when each box is handed over. Sales tax, refunds, and unpaid orders don’t count.
Members paid for the season up front. When does that count?
Sparrow spreads an upfront payment across the season’s deliveries and counts each part in the month that box goes out.
What about Stripe’s fees?
Stripe’s processing fee comes out of each member payment. Sparrow takes nothing extra when a member pays.
When do I pay Sparrow?
Once a month, after the month closes, from the card you saved. A month with no deliveries costs $0.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Download your members, orders, and payments as CSV any time.
